As a daily nourishment treatment - add a drop or two and rub between palms before gently applying to dry hair.

For a deeper treatment - apply liberally to dry hair from the roots working down towards the ends. Let it sit for at least 20 min before you massage with hot water and wash out with natural and plastic-free shampoo and conditioner. I like to apply in the morning and leave it in all day to keep my fine hair from getting tangly.
