Sage Bundle

An ancient wellness ritual and aide to purify your space with a little help from sacred sage. I like to keep this bundle on my altar or near a dish of salt. I set an intention to welcome the spirit of the sage into my space and to ask for it to support my well being.  I hold it over a plate aor in my open palm and light the end of the stick and carry it around the inside of my home or work space thanking the spirit of the sage as I use it before and after I have transformative happenings in my home.
