In a time when technology drives our lives, it is so important to stay grounded. The best way to ground yourself is to take off your shoes and go stand barefoot on the natural ground. 15 minutes of listening to the silent trees, barefoot in the fresh air and/or sunshine will do wonders for your emotional stability.

In addition to the barefoot practice, a little bit of nature spritzed anywhere that needs some earthly refreshing should do the trick. I keep a bottle of Silent Trees at my desk and use it as an afternoon pick-me-up.

This hydro-mist is distilled from four glorious trees that grow in the desert / mountain climate of southern Colorado. 

Natural settling will occur so be sure to SHAKE WELL prior to use.
